I want to make a bridge between Human and Cow.

I want to make a bridge between Human and Cow.

At the outset ,I have to say few lines about my earlier blogs.

When I started blog writing just 3  years ago, I get an opportunity of reaching hundreds of readers .Commenting on a blog is something that the readers do voluntarily . I wish the readers would comment on the blog site itself .but most of the feedback  I receive tends to be simply positive without comment, which readers can indicate using the reaction buttons on Face book instead of commenting.

My Blogs are basically like a diary for me. I like to share about my life experiences and feelings. Blogs are like an open diary and readers can read the articles. There’s a lot to do.
Thanks for any, readers can post ! Much appreciated!

For me, blog writing is like share something about myself or my idea/ thought / action on the matter.

I narrate my recent action for the noble cause..
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recently, I had an opportunity to visit the AYARPADI -- GOSHALA (Thiruvallur), managed by Sri Veeraraghava Swamy Devasthanam Thiruvallur,  which is under the Ahobila Math.
Early 2013, the Goshala was inside the Sri Veeraraghava Swamy temple itself when the cattle was less in number. Srimad Azhagiyasingar suggested  to shift the goshala outside the temple premises mainly to improve cleanliness inside the temple.

As desired by the Srimad Azhagiyasingar,  temple management identified 1.5 acre land owned by the temple on the highway leading to Thirupathi, within three km from the temple for Goshala. The land was unoccupied except for a Mantapam named after one Thanappa Naickan. Sri Veeraraghavan Swamy visits this Mantapam during Brahmothsavam, every year.

I found that the temple management had been provided with full design and requirement for a modern Goshala. Care had been taken for Proper housing, feeding, and disease control, good health, comfort and protection from inclement weather.

Further, the elevated and well-drained space within a shed was set aside for each animal to stand or lie down. Exclusive areas are provided for milch animals, dry animal, calving, sick animals, young stock, calves and bulls. Separate areas are identified for milk collection, food store, office room, medical centre, etc. which are positive aspects. Goshala run entirely on non-commercial lines. The milk is used for preparation of swami neivedyam and prasadam.

The management feeds animals as per the advise of a veterinary doctor in attendance.  Management makes sure they have enough water, clean their cages, walk them, pet them and care for sick animals that need special medical attention.

Now the Goshala has around 350 cattle including bulls and calves. The Goshala has been aptly attended by dedicated workmen .

Srimad Azhagiyasingar the hereditary trustee of the temple is taking  special interest in the project and visits the site whenever he is in Thiruvallur.

Normally our love for animals is so deep, most of you will always do whatever help the animal requires and try to save their lives especially Cows.

For me, the cow is considered sacred & holy in Hindu religion. Hindus worship cow on various occasions and call them Gomata. Just consider how important cow is and cow products.

I want to make a bridge between human  and Cow.

I am lucky enough to have a number of Animal lovers who support the Cows, I am sure of getting support from them.

The more money raised, and the more we can help them with their projects like facelift , Housing  the existing cows more spaciously, Grow more fodder grass for the cows in-house ,etc.

In this circumstances, I have made an appeal to my close relatives and like minded friends to extend a helping hand to support the AYARPADI -- GOSHALA temple management in their  efforts to maintain, preserve and protect , not only from religious point of view but economical too.

In response to my Appeal for the donation for AYARPADI -- GOSHALA (Thiruvallur) managed by Sri Veeraraghava Swamy Devasthanam Thiruvallur  for the support to the projects like facelift of the Goshala  , Housing  the existing cows more spaciously, Grow more fodder grass for the cows in-house ,etc. through whats app to all my relatives and like minded friends on 28th September 2019.Relatives and like minded Friends have donated around Rs. 1,50,000/-through cheques .( in the name of Sri Veera raghavaswami Devasthanam.).within ten days and handed over all the cheques to  Sri.C.C.Sampath, the Hony.Agent  and also personally visit along with some of the donors and also witness what they have done all these years in the Goshala.

This response has helped the dedicated management team to reaffirm their commitment of service towards Cows and Calves.

In my opinion , It is everyone’s responsibility to support for this kind of noble cause.
